KEITH DUNBIER
Director - General Manager 

KEITH DUNBIER

Keith was educated at St Gregory’s College, Campbelltown and on leaving school completed a Diesel Mechanics Certificate at Millar TAFE. Keith commenced employment with the Sada Group’s transport division in 1976 as a diesel mechanic. In 1989 Keith became Narellan Branch Manager for Bulkhaul Pty Ltd.

In 1994 after the acquisition of Heggies Transport, Keith was responsible for the maintenance and operations of the largest bulk fleet in the southern coal fields including all workshops activities. The Penrose Quarry operations were added to his portfolio during this time. 1998 brought further responsibilities as National Equipment Manager Chemtrans & Bulktrans for the HBL group. Keith came back to the fold and re-joined the family business as General Manager Trazblend Group.

TONY McFADDEN
Director - Chief Executive Officer

TONY McFADDEN

Tony is a Certified Practising Accountant, a Fellow of the Governance institute of Australia previously called Chartered Secretaries of Australia Ltd, a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, and has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Accounting from the University of Wollongong.

Tony has extensive experience in corporate governance, operations and business management, strategic growth, mergers and acquisitions, accounting & finance, contracts, IT implementation & development, finance facilities & treasury, capital investments, taxation, and business administration in multinational, public & private companies.

Tony has over 25 years' experience in business including Chief Financial Officer roles and Commercial and Business Manager roles with numerous companies including Delta SBD Limited, Peabody Energy Limited, Excel Coal Limited, Advance Coal Limited and Clutha Limited. Tony has previously worked for Sada (1997 to 2002) and was integrally involved with the Sada Burragorang Valley operations and Sada's acquisition and development of the Metropolitan Coal Mine.

Tony re-joined Sada in October 2014 as Director of Operations and in February 2016 was appointed CEO of the Sada Group.

MARK BRACKENBURY
Non Executive Director

MARK BRACKENBURY

Mark is a Chartered Accountant who is also a founding director of Sada Pty Limited. A past director of Helensburgh Coal Pty Ltd and past director of Macarthur Group Training Limited.

Mark previously held the positions of executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Heggies Bulkhaul Limited. Mark has been involved in all commercial aspects of the contract negotiation for the Appin, Wollondilly, Pelton and Metropolitan contracts.

Mark has been a Director of Sada since 1995 and has held numerous Commercial and Operational positions during that time. Mark has been Non Executive Director since 2018.

Peter DUNBIER
Director - General Manager CHPP Process & Design

Peter DUNBIER

Peter was educated at St Gregory’s College and completed a Diesel Mechanics Certificate at Campbelltown TAFE. Peter is also a member of the New South Wales Coal Preparation Society.

Peter commenced employment with the group transport division in 1985 as a diesel mechanic. In 1991 Peter moved into the coal preparation division to complete the installation and commissioning and then operation of the Appin CHPP. In 1998 Peter oversaw the complete upgrade of the Metropolitan CHPP. Later the construction, commissioning and operation of the Glenlee CHPP in 2003.

Peter has recently constructed and commissioned the Wollondilly CHPP in the Burragorang Valley.

David DUNBIER
Director - Logistics Services Manager

David DUNBIER

David was educated at St Gregory’s College and completed a Bachelor of Business at the University of Western Sydney – Macarthur.

David commenced employment with Sada Group’s transport division in 1991. In 1995 David moved into the coal logistics division to manage the coal chain from the Burragorang Valley to Port Kembla and from 1998 Metropolitan Colliery and Glenlee to Port Kembla. In 2018 David commenced an agency role on behalf of SIMEC Mining managing the logistics chain for Tahmoor Colliery into both domestic and export markets via rail and sea.

David is a member of the New South Wales Coal Preparation Society and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

PHILLIP DUNBIER
Director

PHILLIP DUNBIER

Phillip Dunbier was educated at St Gregory’s College and after school completed a Diesel Mechanics Certificate at Campbelltown TAFE.

Phillip commenced employment with the Sada Group’s transport division in 1982 as a diesel mechanic later taking on the role of Transport and Equipment Manager overseeing the work allocation of the heavy haulage road fleet and maintenance of all plant and equipment across multiple sites.

ANGE PIACENTIN
Finance Manager

ANGE PIACENTIN

Ange is a Certified Practising Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Accounting from the University of Wollongong.

Ange has extensive experience in management accounting, business management, accounting & finance as well as treasury management.

He also enjoys mentoring staff and building strong finance teams with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives.

Ange has over 20 years of experience in business and has held Finance Manager roles in various industries in both public and private companies.

Ange joined the SADA Group in January 2019 and has become a key member of the finance team.

 

MARK GRIGGS
Electrical Engineer

MARK GRIGGS

Mark was educated at Hurlstone Agricultural High School and has completed Advanced Diplomas in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering and is qualified under the NSW Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum Sites) Regulation as an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer for all underground and surface sites.

Mark is an independent consultant and has had extensive experience in the mining, quarrying and mineral processing industries for over 40 years and has been engaged by the Sada Group on a variety of projects for the past 8 years including statutory duties at the Wollondilly Coal Preparation Plant.
